Seriously, what did you expect? Well, he did look like sort of mean, and he IS in a kayak. So what the heck. :)
I couldn't help but think that it must have been great fun for that dog to be able to get out on the water, way out on the water, without having to swim it for himself! Of course, there is lots of material here regarding 'dog paddling' and all that, but I will let you roll around in that on your own.
