Clearwater Beach makes for a wonderful fitness trail. Any given day on the beach you will see people of all sorts getting out in the sun and getting fit. There are many shades to this phenomenon, some people are doing good just to be out there walking slowly down the beach with a water bottle. Other people are more than ready to go jogging down the beach for miles on end without stopping. Even if you just sit and watch them all go by, it's a great place for getting out in the sun and the fresh air.
