Okay, I think we have all had enough of the Ironman Photos... for now. So let's talk about scooters, and beach cottages for rent on Clearwater Beach, and your vacation, and Thanksgiving!
I got this shot in the North Beach area of Clearwater Beach. The beach itself is just about a hundred yards to the left, in this photo. In my mind, this is the kind of picture that illustrates why so many people come to Clearwater and Clearwater Beach. It's "The Beach Life" that they find so appealing. That sensation of carefree serenity and fun and relaxation. Not to mention the beautiful weather, wonderful sunsets, and the feelings of sand in your toes. And these days, you can throw in a fun ride on a scooter too!
Meanwhile, Thanksgiving is here, and it's that time when we are more prone to stop and reflect on what we have to be thankful for. Believe me, if you are reading this, you probably have more to be thankful for than some. Myself, I am thankful for everything and everyone in my life. Even the annoying things still represent my good fortune of being able to live the life I do. When I sit down for dinner with my family tomorrow, I will be thankful for them first, and second for the very fact that we get to sit down together, and that we can afford all the food we need, and a warm, dry place to sleep each night. And it just goes on and on.
If you are thinking about a vacation, consider Clearwater Beach. It's a wonderful place to vacation. There are plenty of hotels and cottages and room for rent to choose from. You'll have a great time on the beach, with sunny weather, and much warmer than places where it is snowing right about now. And of course, there are dozens and dozes of great places to eat on the beach, or on the nearby mainland.
