This event, from 5:30-8:30 pm is hosted by the Clearwater Threshers and the City of Clearwater Parks & Rec Department and sponsored by COSTCO of Clearwater. Boo Bash is a safe Halloween community event with attendance of over 6,000 people in 2007. Boo Bash features several interactive areas for kids including inflatable games, hay rides and a “Haunted House” that will surely scare you.

Description: More than 1,700 athletes will compete in the Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3 which consists of a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike and a 13.1-mile run. The 70.3 series showcases half the distance of the signature Ironman championship event that takes place in Kona, Hawaii each year. The competition will start and finish near Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach.

Canned goods and non-perishable food collected in the stadium on race day are donated to the Food Pantry Program at Religious Community Services, Inc.
